The future is #5G, and #Nokia demonstrated it at #MWC17

The final day of Mobile World Congress it at its end, and one of the companies that got this year the most attention was definitely Nokia. Nokia’s brand was in the spotlight of MWC thanks to HMD Global and the introduction of Nokia 3, 5, 6 and the Nokia 3310. Finnish Nokia demonstrated some impressive technologies and solutions in the Telco industry, but also in “Digital Health” with the introduction of branding Withings to Nokia.

Probably the biggest event for Nokia, excluding phones, at MWC was Rajeev Suri’s keynote on the topic “The Fourth Industrial Revolution” that can be watched here. Suri gave great insights into the development of 5G, different implementations of 5G, and how it will change the world. Nokia won GSMA’s award for the best use of IoT (Internet of Things), while HMD won numerous awards for the new 3310. We’re looking forward to MWC18 and the next stage of the path to 5G.
