Maybe VR alone not, but in combination with AR and MR (augmented and mixed reality) it could be, especially with the backing of many strong players in the industry like Apple, Facebook or Google. Even Nokia, that mainly focuses on Networks, had a short VR adventure with OZO VR camera. […]

Anybody who agrees?

Well, we know that Steel HR has been around since Nokia Helth was called Withings. So, it is late. I thought that we’ll se a new version of the HR, but probably they have some difficulties manufacturing the device or just want it to me more perfect than it was. Just guessing.

I’ve had mine for ~10 months now 😉 Well, technically it was still Withings device.
I wonder how well have the related health platform caught wind among corporations. Not much has happened in the devices side, if we count ount the brand change and UI change for the app. There would be a lot of potential in the health department related to HR measurement, but no real new capabilities in the app since launch.

I was really eager to see what they would have learned from OZO. But I guess money talks.

It’s a good decision to focus on the health side though. That’s a bigger market. The article said that the Steel HR is late, does that mean none have been delivered as yet??? That’s weird. I assumed that they were working on a replacement or new version by now.

ha ha, I had that in mind for quite some time, but just love the OZO.

Well, I kind of liked the idea to push the content maker for the VR glasses instead of making another VR glasses.
I am a bit sad ti see it go.

You are right…have to know when to cut losses and move on.

So…..does that mean there is going to be a new Nokiamob graphic at some point 😉

Maybe something like…..
