Nokia Gamora Plus is Nokia C3, appears with 3GB RAM on Geekbench
|Yesterday, a new Nokia smartphone with a codename “GamoraPlus” appeared on Geekbench, powered by a Unisoc ARM processor with 2GB of RAM, and it runs on Android 10. Surprisingly, Nokia C3 also made an appearance on the Geekbench today with the same code-name “GamoraPlus” and is backed by the same Unisoc ARM processor and runs on Android 10, however, this time it was tested with 3GB of RAM.
That means Nokia Gamora Plus is none other than the new Nokia C3 and it will have two variants, one will come with 2GB of RAM, and the other with 3GB RAM. As per Unisoc’s site, it seems that Nokia C3 is powered by the Unisoc SC9863A processor because that is the only Unisoc processor, which comes with an octa-core ARM CPU.
Furthermore, Nokia C3 could be very well related to the Nokia TA-1258 since both the devices have a 3GB RAM variant, are powered by an Octa-core CPU, even so, you can see the difference in the frequency of their CPUs. TENAA mentions it as 1.6GHz for Nokia TA-1258, while it is worth noting that Geekbench always mentions the base frequency of a device, which is 1.2GHz for Nokia C3. That being said, Nokia C3’s probable processor Unisoc SC9863A also comes with a setup of 1.6GHz+1.2GHz Quad-core ARM CPU.
Thus, there are some signs of Nokia TA-1258 being the Nokia C3, although Nokia Mobile can launch it in China with a different name. One thing is for sure, Nokia Mobile plans to bring the C series to a much higher level with the Nokia C3. Anyway, we will get the details after August 4, since Nokia Mobile has already sent out the official invitation for Nokia TA-1258’s launch in China for that day.
