Nokia 5 (2017) and Nokia 6 (2017) started receiving July security update

HMD Global/Nokia Mobile started releasing the Google’s July Security Update for some Android running Nokia phones. First one to get it is Nokia 5 (2017) and Nokia 6 (2017). If you ask yourself why Nokia 8 or 7 plus didn’t get the update first, well, Nokia 6 (2017) and 5 are the most sold Nokia devices there.

Update for the Nokia 5 is 140.9 MB large and brings just the security patch. The update for Nokia 6 (2017) also brings the security patch and is 145.1 MB large.
We updated our Nokia 5 (TA-1024), but are still waiting for 6 (2017) to get the update.
