Nokia 1 gets permanent price cut in India; With cashback you can get it for 35 euros (INR 2800)

The first Nokia Android Go device and the most affordable member of the 2018 Nokia smartphone portfolio just got more affordable in India. The Nokia 1 received a permanent 500INR (6.2 euros) price cut, bringing the price of the device below 5,000 INR (4,999 INR or 62 euros to be exact). The affordable Nokia 1 is available via the official Nokia online store in India where Nokia offers damage insurance, 20% off of a first ride via RedBus and 2,200INR cashback and 60GB of free data if you lock yourself to Jio’s network. Keep in mind that these offers come with asterixs* above them, so make sure to check all the conditions before buying. The insurance, for example, requires a deposit, while the cashback will be paid in monthly payments if you spend an amount of money in Jio’s network.

Still, the Nokia 1 priced at 62 euros, from a European perspective where the price is 100 euros, is quite a good offer. I reviewed the Nokia 1 and it left a positive impression on me, and it will surely serve well the right group of people that know what they get with the 1. If you’re interested in our review of the 1, you can find it here. Nokia 1 can be purchased via the official Nokia Mobile online store in India here.
