Android 9 Pie available again for Nokia 8 *Update*

 

HMD Global finally fixed all the issues and released the Android 9 Pie for Nokia 8 in India and the rest of the world too. The official release of the 9 Pie started back in December 2018 after all the fuss about stalling the release of software updates emerged. Now the users of the first affordable Nokia flagship started reporting that the update is available. The update marked as V5.110 is 1572.9 MB large and it brings Improved system stability and December Security patch along with 9 Pie.

So, the waiting period for the Nokia 8 owners across India is finally over. Grab your phones and check if the update is available. Do tell us if you got it in the messages section below.

P.S. seems that the update was stopped globally, and now folks all around the world are seeing it on their devices! Cheers to everyone that tipped us. You rock! ;).

*Update* Sadly, nothing yet for India, but for the rest of the world it is rolling out again! According to many new tips, the update is rolling out to the rest of the world, but people in India are still not receiving the Pie. I’ll update the post with the new information.
