Nokia 2.1 also started receiving the March 2020 update

Nokia Mobile started sending the March 2020 update to Nokia 2.1 users. The Nokia 2.1 was announced almost 2 years ago at a press event in Russia. The 2.1 is an Android GO device with big screen and big battery, that targets the budget segment of the market.

The newly released update for Nokia 2.1 is 111MB in size and brings just Google’s Security patch for March 2020, as is mentioned in the official changelog. Nokia Mobile sends updates in waves, so the majority of Nokia 2.1 owners can expect the update in a matter of days/weeks. Once the update process starts, relatively quickly all units get it.
