|*Update* added tech specs at the end of the post
Nokia Mobile announced a Nokia 8 V UW, which is a Nokia 8.3 5G but with support for an mm-wave that Verizon is using for its 5G network. So, while Nokia 8.3 5G can support just sub 6GHz waves, the Nokia 8 V 5G UW will support both sub-6GHz and mmWave 5G networks. The rest of the specs are the same as in the Nokia 8.3 5G, which means that all the interested Verizon users will be getting a smartphone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 processor, 6.81-inch large sharp LCD screen, a good performing 64 MP camera, and 4500 mAh battery.
Nokia mobile is now present at the US market with an affordable flagship phone and will be launching a better marketing campaign to position itself better at that market.

At this price, the Nokia 8 V 5G UW will have tough competition but also might sell well since its main camera is performing rather well, and the build quality is also great.
*Update 9.11.2020.* Nokia mobile has sent us a specs sheet of Nokia 8 V 5G UW, and there can be seen some differences with the 8.3 5G besides the lack of Nokia logo at the front and different color (Meteor Gray). It seems that 8 V 5G will be supporting up to 1 Tb of external memory, and will have a programable assistant button, something that a lot of users would like to see at their 8.3 5G. Here is the specs sheet.
