Kernel source code available for Nokia 2
|Nokia Mobile updated their “Open Source” page today, where the company provides source code obligated by the GPL, LGPL and other open source licenses. The list contains most Nokia smartphones, with the Nokia 2 being the latest addition.
Devices which source code is missing are the new Nokia 3.2, 4.2 and 9 PureView, as well as Nokia 3.1 Plus. The recently announced Nokia X71 is absent too, but so are other phones available (exclusively) in China. Even though Nokia 8110 technically isn’t a smartphone, as a device running KaiOS, that uses open source code, HMD’s modifications should be publicly available as well.
