Missing detalis of the Nokia X6 revealed with the latest leak

The other day, the upcoming Nokia X, or the extension of the Nokia 6 model, passed certification of the Chinese TENAA agency, and most of the specifications got revealed. Some were missing, like the sensor size of the back and front camera or the official confirmation of the processor being used. Also, on the official photos, we could see that the Nokia logo at the front was moved to the right and that one camera looked a bit strange. Well, Chinese Sina Weibo filled the gap of missing info with the leak of official promotional banners. So, without any further delays, here are the latest specs of the Nokia X6.

The first thing we learned is that the official name for the device is Nokia X6, so it will be kind of modification of trusty 6 for the Chinese market. The device will be using Snapdragon 636 which is 30% faster than the previous generations, which is nice to hear. This leak revealed that X6 will be using dual camera system at the back, but one of the cameras will be a 5MP one. At least the front facing camera will be a capable shooter with its 16 MP sensor, and there will be AI processing unit to help you take perfect photos.
Nokia X6 will be the first Nokia smartphone with 19:9 screen ratio, but there will probably be some software solution to help users reduce the intrusion of the notch that will make aspect ratio to 18:9 :).
Another good thing is Quick Charge 3.0 which will enable users to quickly charge their X6 battery up to 50% in just 30 minutes.

So, Nokia X6 looks like a cool midranger, and we still need to see if it will be exclusive  for the Chinese market or will the rest of the world be able to buy it. The price is rather competitive, less than €200, which could make it one of the most wanted phones there. The phone will be presented in two days and Nokia China is already bragging about it, and they should since this will be first midranger with the notch, and whoever likes the notch won’t have to pay much to get it.

Thanks Barca for Ever for the tip 🙂
