New Nokia neckband earphones by Flipkart leaked? To launch in India

About fifteen days ago, a report by Gadgets Now (Times Of India) affirmed Flipkart’s intention of launching a new Nokia branded true wireless earphones (T3110) in India. Now another article by HT Tech (Hindustan Times) claims that Flipkart will also launch a pair of new Nokia neckband earphones.

As the word suggests, the earphones with a neckband are designed to hang around your neck. The report mentions quite a few details about the upcoming earphones. Backed by rapid charging support, it might have a playback time of 9 hours with just 10 minutes of charge.

Additionally, the earphones will possibly have the support of Qualcomm’s aptX HD Audio technology and Bluetooth 5.1. The report also adds that the Nokia neckband earphones will be available in no less than three colors, namely, black, blue, and gold, as shown in the picture above.

The last Nokia branded neckband earphones, Nokia Pro Wireless Earphones (BH-701) and Nokia Active Wireless Earphones (BH-501), were launched by HMD Global back in 2018. And all the recent launches by Nokia’s brand licensees, HMD Global and RichGo Technology, are true wireless earphones.

Although, for Flipkart, this is going to be the first time with the Nokia earphones, but Flipkart has already tested the waters with other brands. It is quite possible that Flipkart might launch more than two Nokia earphones. And with that pace, we might see Flipkart offering more Nokia branded audio products than HMD Global or even RichGo Technology in no time.
