Nokia 4.2, Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 7.2 receiving new updates

Nokia 4.2, Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 7.2 are receiving new updates. Nokia 7.2 already got the January security patch, but Nokia Mobile released now an Android Build update. The update V2.400 is 55.35 MB large, and the changelog is not revealing what issues are being fixed, or what system enhancements and UI improvements it is bringing. The update is available for our Nokia 7.2, but our readers are reporting getting it in various countries around the globe.

Nokia 4.2 also received a new update, but that phone got a January security patch. The update is 15.66 MB large and seems to be available globally (cheers pk and Branko for the screenshots).

Nokia 7 Plus also started receiving the January security patch, which is 42.34 MB large.

This is really commendable but I still don’t get it why Nokia 3.4 and possibly 5.4 are still on November security patch. Anyways, do check your phones and make them secure and up to date and keep your fingers crossed to receive Android 11 soon.
