Nokia 2.4 gets new Android Build while Nokia 6.1 and 7 Plus December security update
Nokia Mobile finally released a new Android Build update for Nokia 2.4 which was stuck on August security patch since we got it. The new Build V1.130 is 1.36 GB large and brings the standard under the hood improvements, UI improvements and December security patch. After I update 2.4, I’ll update the post with new things I find.
Nokia Mobile also released a new update for its Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 7 Plus smartphones. I know that you expected to see Android 11, but this is just a regular security patch for December. The update for Nokia 6.1 has 32.89 MB of security patches, while the update for Nokia 7 Plus brings 32.46 MB of data that will make it secure and up to date.
The updates are popping up around the world, so if you are still using Nokia 6.1, or have a great Nokia 7 Plus, check if the update is available. We didn’t have any issues with the installation of the update on our 7 Plus, a probably everything is fine with 6.1.
By the way, I don’t know where is the problem with Nokia 3.4 which is still on October security patch, and Google Play update is from May…
