Full specifications of Nokia TA-1258 revealed thanks to TENAA
Yesterday we saw that a new Nokia smartphone designated for the Chinese market appeared on the TENAA certification site. Apart from the phone running Android, there wasn’t much info revealed, but that changed now.
Thanks to the quick hand of folks at LoveNokia.net that managed to grab a screenshot of the specifications before they were taken down, we know what we can expect of the Nokia TA-1258.
The TA-1258 is a 4G Android smartphone, not a feature phone. It features:
- 5.99″ 720×1440 LCD display
- 159.6×77×8.5mm
- 3GB of RAM
- 32GB / 64GB of storage
- 8MP back camera
- 5MP front camera
- 3040mAh battery
- 1.6GHz Octa-Core CPU
- Android 10
So, China will see another budget Nokia smartphone. Nokia Mobile didn’t launch a new smartphone in China since Nokia X71 more than a year ago, so this might be a signal that Nokia Mobile hasn’t give up on the Chinese smartphone market. Knowing how competitive that market is and that Huawei will continue to be the No. 1 choice of most consumers there due to international pressure, we will have to see how this phone will be received.
