Nokia XR20, Nokia 5.1 Plus and Nokia 2.4 receiving new updates
Nokia Mobile released new updates for Nokia XR20, Nokia 5.1 Plus and Nokia 2.4. While Nokia 5.1 Plus and Nokia 2.4 got the October security patch, Nokia XR 20 got the new Android Build.
Nokia XR20 worked like a charm on Android 11, but some bugs were obviously noticed and solved with the latest Build update V1.240. Unfortunately, the bug that breaks BT music transmission after the screen goes to sleep is still present and annoying, especially when you are on a trip and someone is setting up a music playlist while your hands are on the wheel. The update is also bringing the October security patch next to the system stability and UI improvements. The update size is 609 MB, so better switch to a WiFi connection if your data plan isn’t the best.
Nokia 5.1 Plus could be getting one of the last, if not the last, security update in its lifetime. The size of this security patch is 24.51 MB and it is available in India. Nokia 2.4 also got the October security update, which is just slightly larger than the update for 5.1 Plus at 32.01 MB. The update is seen and downloaded in France, but do check your Nokia 2.4.
