Nokia 5.4 gets Android build and some new stuff
Nokia Mobile releases a new Android Build for Nokia 5.4 that brings some new things to its software. Our reader h_1995 collected all the changes he could find, so I’ll just add them here.
But, let us cover the basic update details. The new Android Build update for Nokia 5.4 V2.190 brings the October security patch next to the UI enhancements and bug fixes. The update is 450 MB in size, and it should be available for the Asian market.
The first change is the addition of the screen capture button, which has been missing since the Android 11 release. The second-largest UI change is the insertion of digital zoom in the Camera app UI. Digital zoom has been added to photo, video and cinema mode.
h_1995 reported that networking seems better now, which was sluggish in the initial Android 11 update. Also, the OZO mic setup has been fixed, and video call via WhatsApp is now loud and clear. He noticed a new app privacy indicator that will display a camera and mic icon for current calls.
