Nokia G50 now receiving Android 12
Our dear friend Eero from Suomimobiili, one of the leading tech sites in Finland, was checking vigorously for the update availability on his Nokia G50 and finally managed to get Android 12 :). It looks like Nokia Mobile released the Android 12 update for Nokia G50 with build number 00WW_2_160.This is now the third Nokia smartphone that received new OS update (Nokia X20 and Nokia X10 got it before).
Since it would be nice to try the update ourselves, I checked Nokia G50, but it seems that the update is not yet available for our model (TA-1367) with the software build number 00WW_1_100_SP03. I’m still waiting for Abdulla to report back if he got the update on his G50.
The Android 12 version Eero received is V2.160 and the update has 2.09 gigabytes. This update is bringing huge changes in the Android user interface and new Material Your format language together with improved privacy options and some other new features. In addition to all the new Android 12 features, the Google security patch for November 2021 is included.

So, if you own a gorgeously looking (from the back only) Nokia G50, check if the new Android 12 update is available.
