Unboxing the ICE Nokia G11 (Video)

We’ve already covered the Nokia G11 extensively, from impressions to full review. Now my first impression after seeing the G21/G11 announcement is that I’m not too fond of the new design language (at all), but the G11’s ice colour looks cool. I managed to get my hands on one just to see how the colour looks in real life, so here it goes:

What Colours would you like to see explored on phones?

So now that I have seen all colours from the new G series devices, I think ice is probably my favourite. The rest of the colours are cool but pretty conservative. Out of all the colours I’ve seen so far from HMD global’s Nokia devices, my favourite remains the forest green from the Nokia X10. Polar night on the 8.3 comes in second. Of course, the colours on modern-day Nokia phones are very different compared to the eccentric colours we had in the Lumia days. In a way, the conservative pallete match’s stock Android’s dull personality, but with Android 12 bringing a new design language and pastel colours back into the fold, could we see more “adventurous” designs/colours from Nokia mobile?
