Nokia T10, Nokia G21, and Nokia G11 spotted running Android 12
|Nokia Mobile seemed to slow down with its Android 12 rollout after releasing it for three devices last December, as no new rollouts happened in the first two months of this year. Starting from March-end, the company gathered some momentum and went on to upgrade three devices this month. As it stands, Nokia Mobile is now halfway through with eight more eligible devices yet to receive Android 12. Of the eight, the Nokia 3.4, Nokia 5.4, and Nokia T20 were already spotted operating on Android 12 some months ago.
Two more Nokia smartphones, namely, the Nokia G21 and Nokia G11, have now appeared to function on Android 12. Nokia Mobile announced them with Android 11 over three months ago, which was already more than a quarter after the stable release of Android 12 by Google, and thereby efficiently saving some effort…
The Nokia G21 appeared on the browser benchmarking site, HTML5test, as it recorded 520 out of 555 points using Chrome 101, which was made available for Android on May 9 by Google.
On the other hand, the Nokia G11 popped on the user agent parsing website, WhatIsMyBrowser, using Chrome 99.
Nokia Mobile’s upcoming tablet also made an entry on WhatIsMyBrowser using Chrome 101.
The Nokia T10, which first appeared under the alias ‘Penguin’ on Google’s ‘Android device provisioning services‘ website, and whose name was later revealed by @evleaks, can be seen running Android 12. It also hints that the upcoming Nokia devices by HMD Global might ship with Android 12 out of the box.
